Commercial cleanouts can differ greatly depending on the type of building that we’re essentially helping you cleanout. Just as a quick example, you can bet that we’re going to be removing different things from a restaurant than we would be in an office building. One of the things that we see people struggle within these situations is when to give us a call. That’s why we want to take some time to go over what usually happens in these services. To help you make the decision of when to give us a call and in many ways, what exactly it is that you would want us to help you with.
What Types of Things Can You Remove?
This is one of the questions that we get asked quite a bit, particularly in commercial services. In many office space cleanouts that we’ve done, we’ve removed fax machines and all sorts of very old school equipment. If your concern is rooted down that road wanting to know if we can remove the old computers and equipment the answer is yes. In fact, you don’t have to be moving to a different office building or anything like that to get help with old equipment. Just let us know and we can take it out of your way.
Are There Certain Materials That You Can’t Remove
Over the years we’ve also had the chance to work in places like former and even current medical centers. Where our job consisted of removing the furniture and some of the equipment that was there. Pretty much, the only things that we won’t touch are radioactive or toxic wastes. In medical centers, we’ve had this type of situation. We do proper prep work before we just bust in and start tearing everything down. You can rest assured that if we find anything that we feel we can’t deal with we’ll let you know!
When we do clearouts in stores and restaurants things are certainly a little different compared to the work that we do in office spaces. For the most part, we do a lot of furniture removal and things of that nature. In certain cases though, we’ve even had to get rid of leftover food items. This last scenario is definitely not something that is ideal for us. Especially since we want to try and recycle or reuse most of the things that we find. In any case when we have to figure out a way to get things done we usually do our part.
Tear Down & Cleanup
A lot of times in restaurants and some office spaces we may have to do some tear down duty particularly to remove certain appliances. We’ve worked with clients that want us to help them tear down entire kitchen sets because they want to empty out the whole venue to be able to maybe accommodate another type of business. Just let us know what you need to have us do. Then you can rest assured that we’ll find ways to get it done for you!
